The following symptoms and complaints may indicate Meulengracht disease:
- Nonspecific abdominal pain
- Anorexia (loss of appetite)
- Fatigue
- Cephalgia (headache)
- Fatigue
- Depressed mood
- Icterus of the skin (yellowing of the skin) and eyes (sclerenic icterus); transient when bilirubin levels rise.
