Social anamnesis

Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • Have you noticed any symptoms such as cough, fever, muscle pain?
  • Do you feel tired and listless?
  • How long do these symptoms persist?
  • Do you have any discomfort when urinating?
  • Do you have any other complaints? (aching limbs, sore throat, etc.)
