Ointment | Schüssler Salt No. 16: Lithium chloratum

Ointment

For the external application of Lithium chloratum an ointment or a homemade porridge made of crushed tablets and a little water can be used. Such an external application can, for example, support the medically prescribed drug therapy in cases of gout or rheumatism. Since lithium chloratum is used to influence and balance the formation of tissue, external application can also be used in cases of thickening or shrinking of the subcutaneous tissue.

Possible areas of application here are, for example, thinning skin due to prolonged use of cortisone. An appropriate ointment or mash of lithium chloratum can also be helpful to prevent the formation of thickened scar tissue. This topic might also be of interest to you: Side effects of cortisone
