1st order
- In cases of marked deformity, stabilization/erection surgery (ventral erection osteotomy combined with dorsal spondylodesis/stiffening) may be induced if conservative therapy is unsuccessful.
Indications
- Severe progression and discomfort
- Spinal cord irritation
