Social history
- What is your profession?
- Is there any evidence of psychosocial stress or strain due to your family situation?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What complaints have you noticed?
- How long have these changes existed?
- Have you noticed any hearing loss? If so, is only one ear affected or both ears?
- Do you suffer from tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and/or dizziness?
