  • Age of the pregnant woman: 35 years
  • Overweight (BMI ≥ 25, obesity).
  • Pre-existing conditions:
  • Uterine surgery: EG.
    • Myoma enucleation (removal of fibroids/benign uterine growths from the uterus while preserving them).
    • Malformation surgery
  • Radiation exposure
