- Do you have abdominal pain? If yes, when does the pain occur?
- Where is the pain localized?
- How long has the pain existed?
- Have you noticed any other symptoms such as fever or fatigue?
- Have you noticed any discharge from the vagina? If so, what color is the discharge?
- Have you noticed a distended abdomen?
Vegetative history including nutritional history.
- When was the last menstruation (last menstrual period)?
- Is your menstrual cycle regular?
- Have you noticed any changes in your bowel movements or urination (pain, color, quantity, etc.)?
- Do you follow adequate genital hygiene?
Self history including medication history.
- Pre-existing conditions (gynecological diseases).
