- Have you noticed any burning, pulling, or pain during or after sexual intercourse?
- Pain in the area of the entirety of the external primary sex organs, vaginal entrance, and vagina?
- Pain during sexual intercourse deep inside the abdomen?
- When exactly does the discomfort occur:
- When inserting the member?
- Only during intercourse?
- After urination?
- How long does the pain last?
- How do you feel the pain in different situations: please indicate whether you have an increase, decrease or no change under
- Stress?
- Vacation?
- Alcohol consumption?
- Do the symptoms occur with every sexual intercourse?
- Does the discomfort also occur with oral stimulation or masturbation?
- Do you have lubrication disorders, that is, the vagina is not sufficiently moist during arousal?
- Do you feel sexual arousal during intercourse?
- How do you behave when you perceived the pain?
- Have you decreased the frequency of sexual intercourse because of the discomfort?
- Do you have partnership problems?
