  • Inspection (viewing) and palpation of the chest.
  • As well as the regional lymph nodes, including the doctor’s instructions for self-examination.
50th-69th years Every 2 years
  • Mammography screening
Check-up 35 ≥ 35TH LY Every 3 years
  • Medical history taking into account familial risks for cancer (e.g., breast carcinoma, colon carcinoma, malignant melanoma) and, if indicated, a systematic assessment of cardiovascular risk using risk charts.
  • Clinical examination: examination to determine the complete status (whole body status) including blood pressure measurement.
  • Vaccination history. (Survey and counseling; motivation for follow-up vaccination).

  • Interpretation of the findings and inference from the results: If the presence of a disease is suspected, further targeted diagnostics and therapy if necessary.

Skin Cancer Screening ≥ 35TH LJ Every 2 years
  • Visual (naked-eye), standardized whole-body inspection (full-body view) of the entire skin, including the hairy head and all body skin folds
Colorectal Cancer Screening 50TH-54TH LY
  • Occult blood testing may be used for women 50 and older.
  • Until 54, it can be done annually, then every two years at the expense of the insurance companies.
  • Test for occult (“hidden”) blood in stool.
≥ 55TH LY Maximum of 2 colonoscopies (colonoscopy), 10 years apart(or fecal occult blood test every two years)
  • Precancerous lesions can be removed.
