  • Essential oil: pine needle oil (Pini aetheroleum).

Effects

  • Promotes blood circulation

Dosage

For inhalation, put a few drops in hot water and inhale vapors. Pine oil is contained in many topical preparations, especially rheumatism ointments, sports gels and remedies for colds.

Contraindications

Bronchial asthma, whooping cough.

Adverse effects

Irritation of skin and mucous membranes.
