Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Have you noticed any lymph node enlargement(s)?
- Is this lymph node enlargement painful?
- Do you have a fever? If so, what is the temperature? How long has the fever been present?
- Have you noticed a general feeling of illness in you?
- Do you have headaches/limb pain?
- Do you suffer from cough? Sputum? If yes, what does the sputum look like?
- Do you suffer from shortness of breath* , accelerated breathing?
- Do you have chest or abdominal pain* ?
- Do you have nausea, vomiting?
