  • How long has this shortness of breath existed?
  • Is it getting worse?*
  • Do you have a cough? With sputum?
  • Do you suffer from chest pain?* If so, where exactly?
  • Does the pain radiate?
  • Have you injured yourself in the last few days? Did you have an accident?

Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.

  • Do you smoke? If yes, how many cigarettes, cigars or pipes per day?

Self history including medication history.
