- Are there frequent skin diseases in your family?
Social anamnesis
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What changes have you noticed in the skin (blisters, vesicles, etc.)?
- How long have these changes existed? Have they changed in size, shape, appearance?
- In which parts of the body have these occurred?
- Do these skin lesions itch?
- Was there a triggering moment, such as intense sun exposure?
