Preventing Heart Attacks

  • Who has less than three weeks of vacation in the year as recreation
  • Who drinks alohol daily
  • Who has too little exercise
  • Who has family conflicts and has social problems
  • Who sleeps poorly or too little and gets upset quickly
  • Who takes on many problems and does not allow himself to rest

Prevention

To whom one or more of these factors apply, drastically reduces its life expectancy. In this case, it is urgent to implement the following points as soon as possible to avoid the imminent danger of a heart attack:

  • More exercise through sports, walking, swimming, gymnastics, jogging, climbing stairs, etc.
  • Regular medical examinations, stress tests.
  • Light and healthy food with plenty of salads and fresh fruit prefer, at the same time also to achieve, or maintain the ideal weight.
  • Stop smoking and drinking
  • Do not speed when driving. Take breaks more often and exercise while doing so. Long distances prefer to fly or take the train
  • Restful weekend with physical balance through hiking, gardening or sports.
  • More relaxing vacations and work breaks spread over the year and also use them for recreation
  • Distribute problems also to others when you are overloaded

Those who pay attention to these factors will not only improve their general well-being quickly and sustainably, they will also banish the heart attack from their thoughts.
