To prevent back pain, regular exercise is recommended, which strengthens the back muscles. The muscles act like a tank that protects and holds together the skeleton and the underlying nerves. You should also not skimp on a good mattress, and perhaps seek advice in a specialist store, as there are many different types of mattresses.

Heat (especially during sleep) is also important, draughty sleeping places should be avoided. Last but not least, both during sports and at work, you should always make sure that you move correctly and have a comfortable sitting and working position. Back pain can be effectively prevented in this way.
