Prophylaxis | Pulling in the back

Prophylaxis

Nearly all pulling back pain could be prevented in advance with an increased muscle development of the deep “autochthonous” back muscles. Posture also has an influence on back pain. Thus one should more often consciously pay attention to stand up straight and stretch the back.

However, if you specifically train your back, it is also important to train the abdominal muscles as an opponent. Because if one muscle group is too strong, this also influences posture and can induce back pain. Many back problems also result from incorrect behavior at work.

For example, you should change your posture frequently if you sit for long periods. Special desk chairs or working in a standing position from time to time can make a difference.
