Protraction

“Cervical spine – Protraction” Sit on a chair with your upper body straightened. Pull your chin to your chest and push the back of your head backwards. Imagine someone pulling you up by the back of your head.

In this way you stretch your cervical spine and enlarge the spinal canal. Hold the position for 10 seconds and after a short break perform 5 more passes. Continue with the next exercise for the cervical spine
