Optional medical device diagnostics – depending on the results of the history, physical examination, laboratory diagnosticsand obligatory medical device diagnostics – for differential diagnostic clarification.

  • Abdominal sonography (ultrasound examination of abdominal organs) – for basic diagnostics.
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG; recording of the electrical activity of the heart muscle) – for suspected cardiovascular disorders.
  • Magnetic resonance imaging of the skull (cranial MRI, cranial MRI or cMRI) – for neurological symptoms.
  • Computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen (abdominal CT) – for suspected malignant (malignant) neoplasia (cancer).
