- Is there a frequent history of kidney disease in your family?
Social history
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Do you suffer from bone pain?
- Where exactly is the pain localized?
- How long has the pain been present? Are they there permanently?
- Do you have difficulty walking?
- Have you had a broken bone recently?
- How long have you been renal failure or how long have you been receiving dialysis?
