Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • Have you noticed any sensory disturbances?
  • Have you noticed any muscle spasms or sensory disturbances?
  • Do you have the sensation of shortness of breath?
  • Have you been in high heat or hot areas?
  • Do you have personal or professional problems that are weighing heavily on you?
  • Do you have anxiety?

Medication history

  • Nicethamide – drug which is one of the analeptics; these have an excitatory effect on the CNS.
  • Salicylates – group of drugs to which acetylsalicylic acid (ASA; analgesic) belongs, among others.
