Rheumatoid Arthritis

  • Pain development: Both acute attacks and chronic pain are possible.
  • Pain occurrence:Constant pain. Stress pain.

Osteochondrosis dissecans

  • Synonyms:Bone Necrosis, Bone Mortality, Ahlbäck’s Disease, Aseptic Bone Necrosis, Articular Mouse, Discecephalus, Osteochondritis dissecans, Osteonecrosis, OD, Dissecting Osteochondrosis
  • Location of the greatest pain: Not clearly identifiable. Pain around the entire joint. Partial pain maximum above the inner femoral condyle.
  • Cause of Pathology:Unexplained bone death (aseptic osteonecrosis) mainly at the inner femoral condyle.
  • Age:Childhood and youth.

    Preferably towards the end of the growth age. Rarely also occurrence in adulthood in the context of an arthrosis (Morbus Ahlbäck).
