- Age >= 65 years
- Young women
- Underweight (BMI < 18.5)
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women
- Heavy physical activity
- Severe diseases
- After operations and traumas
- High cigarette consumption
- Chronic alcohol abuse
- Severe malnutrition and malnutrition
