Robenacoxib (C16H13F4NO2, Mr = 327.3 g/mol) is structurally related to diclofenac.
Effects
Robenacoxib (ATCvet QM01AH91) has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. The effects are due to selective inhibition of cyclooxygenase-2.
Indications
Pain and inflammation of various causes.
Adverse effects
The most common possible adverse effects include gastrointestinal side effects such as vomiting, soft stools, poor appetite, and diarrhea.
