Rotator Cuff Rupture – Exercise 2

Shoulder Outside Rotation Pre Bent: From the knee bend with the upper body slightly tilted forward, the arms are guided to shoulder height and the elbows are bent 90°. From this position, the forearms can now be rotated upwards and backwards while the upper arm remains motionless in the air. Make 2 passes with 15 repetitions each. Continue to next exercise.
