Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • How long has the itching been present?
  • Have you noticed additional skin changes such as scaly scalp or pustules, etc.?
  • Do the changes exist only on the head or are other areas of the body affected?
  • How often do you wash your hair?
