Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- How long has the itching been present?
- Have you noticed additional skin changes such as scaly scalp or pustules, etc.?
- Do the changes exist only on the head or are other areas of the body affected?
- How often do you wash your hair?
