Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • Have you had contact with anyone with scarlet fever or anyone with pharyngitis (throat infection)?
  • Have you noticed symptoms such as fever or general weakness?
  • Have you noticed skin changes such as a rash or changes in the tongue?
  • Do you suffer from a sore throat?
  • Do you have other complaints or diseases (eg otitis media, sinusitis)?
