Schüssler salt as ointment | Schüssler Salt No. 5: Potassium Phosphoricum

Schüssler salt as ointment

Mostly Schüssler salts are administered orally so that they can be absorbed through the digestive tract. They then have a “systemic” effect, i.e. the same effect on the whole body. If a certain part of the body is to be treated specifically, an ointment is also a suitable form of administration.

Of course, it is more likely to treat complaints that originate from the surface of the body. Possible areas of application for an ointment containing potassium phosphate could be, for example, muscle complaints after physical exertion or sore muscles, as this salt is able to have a special effect on the muscles as described above. It can also be used as a support for medical treatment of nervous complaints such as paralysis.

It is also recommended as a complementary treatment for various other skin infections. These include erysipelas, hives, diaper dermatitis, and skin rashes that tend to become incrusted.
