Fields of application
The 25th Schüssler salt is Aurum chloratum natronatum and consists of a gold-cooking salt compound. It is therefore sometimes also called gold salt. The wide field of application of this supplemental salt can be summarized under “disturbed control cycles and processes”: It is used for unspecific menstrual problems or cycle disorders, and it is now also very often used for disturbed sleep-wake rhythm. A further area of application is for heart problems, since the work of the heart is also a regulated process, whose disturbances can manifest themselves for example in rhythm problems.
For which diseases is the salt used?
In principle, Aurum chloratum natronatum can be used in any disturbed control cycle. In the field of disturbed sleep-wake rhythm, this includes sleep disorders in shift workers or due to jet lag, but also sleepwalking. In the case of sleep disorders caused by depression, however, Aurum chloratum natronatum would not be used as a first-choice remedy or only as a supplement to other salts.
If one considers disturbances of the menstrual cycle, there are many other possible applications: Pain during menstruation, severe irregularities in bleeding or ovarian cysts are the first to be mentioned here. As Aurum chloratum natronatum is generally used for complaints of the female reproductive organs, its complementary and supportive use has also proved successful in cases of uterus prolapse, abscesses of the internal female reproductive organs as well as in cases of unfulfilled desire for children. In the case of abscesses, however, due to the danger of infection, treatment should not be carried out exclusively with alternative medical methods without first consulting a doctor. Other diseases that can be alleviated by the administration of Aurum chloratum natronatum are, for example, cardiac arrhythmia, hyper- or hypofunction of the thyroid gland, high blood pressure or gout. For all the above-mentioned diseases, Schüssler salt never replaces treatment with the prescribed medication!
