- Did you experience any skin symptoms after contact with inland waters?
- Itching?
- Hives (wheals of the skin/mucous membrane)?
- Do you have the following other complaints:
- Fever, chills?
- Headache?
- Cough?
- Water retention?
- Diarrhea with intermittence?
- Abdominal pain?
- Bleeding from the rectum?
- Fatigue?
- Pain when urinating?
- Blood in the urine?
- How long have these changes existed?
Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.
