Shoulder Impingement Exercise 4

“You attach a Theraband to a door handle/window handle and hold one end firmly in one hand. Its upper arm is fixed close to the upper body and bent 90° at the elbow. In the starting position the forearm is rotated outwards as far as possible.

You are in hip-wide and slightly bent position. Belly, legs and bottom are tense. “From the starting position, bend your elbows by 90° and bring your forearm parallel to the floor towards your upper body.

Make sure that the shoulders are not pulled up to the ears, but pulled down backwards and the chest straightened up. The wrist remains stable and does not bend. Do about 15 repetitions of 3 sets per shoulder. Continue to article Shoulder Impingement – Exercises
