Current anamnesis/systemic anamnesis (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Do you suffer from dry eyes? Do your eyes burn or do you have a foreign body sensation in your eyes?
- Do you suffer from dry mouth? If so, how long has this existed?
- Do you have joint pain? If so, with swelling and / or hyperthermia?
- Do you have muscle pain?
- How is your dental health?
- Have you noticed any chalky or brownish changes in your teeth?
- Do you have a toothache?
- Do you have pain reactions to hot, cold or sour?
- Have you noticed swollen lymph nodes?
- Have you been feeling tired lately? Do you feel fatigued?
- Have you noticed any swelling of the salivary glands?
- Has your voice been hoarse more often lately?
- Do you have a persistent urge to cough?
- Do you suffer from dry mucous membranes in the vaginal area?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- How much fluid do you drink per day?
Self history including medication history.
