Throughout life, the skin is exposed to numerous stresses and environmental influences on a daily basis. The natural protective layer of the skin does not always manage to withstand these influences.

Sunburns, too much chemicals in shower gels and lotions, wrong nutrition – all this attacks our skin. Skin diseases such as neurodermatitis, melanoma (black skin cancer) are not uncommon nowadays. Numerous fungi and bacteria lead to unpleasant changes in the skin. Often the skin is also knowingly damaged, by trends such as piercing, tattoos or branding. Natural changes to the skin also play a major role in our lives. These include the processes of skin aging, such as wrinkling or age spots. Can these natural processes be stopped or even prevented? The beauty of our skin plays a major role in our self-esteem, well-being and attractiveness. It provides information about how healthy and vital we are and is therefore an important part of our lives.
