Sleep Disorders (Insomnia): Diagnostic Tests

The most important diagnostic measure is the collection of medical history, that is, the medical history.

  • Actometry (measuring device to record a subject’s movement activity) – recording bedtime and sleep times throughout the day.
  • Health check including a vital substance analysis
