Solocolor

Description of the game

SOLOKOLOR is a high quality, educational learning game for children and adults. It is a further development of the well-known and very popular “Sudoku”. Not numbers, but colored stones must be arranged in a wooden board in such a way that each of the 9 colors appears only once per row, column and box.

The square game board consists of a grid, which contains nine rows and nine columns and is divided into 3 x 3 boxes: At the beginning of the game, you choose a game variant from the enclosed task booklet. The tasks are divided into different levels of difficulty:

  • Easy
  • Nerve-sparing
  • Concealed
  • Devilish

Using the task template, you now prepare the game board with the help of the colored pens. The pins are inserted with the hole facing down.

Self-made game pieces are inserted with the hole facing upwards. So you can undo mistakes faster. The goal of the game is to have each color only once in each row, each column and in each 3×3 box. This can be achieved at different speeds depending on the level of difficulty and requires strategic thinking, the ability to combine and concentrate as well as imagination.
