- Is there a frequent history of tumors in your family?
Social anamnesis
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- Was there a precipitating event for the back pain?
- How long have they existed? Do they occur continuously or only in phases, for example during movements?
- Has the character of the pain changed?
- Did the intensity of the pain change?
- Did you experience any paralysis or loss of sensation? If so, in what area?
- Have they regressed or intensified?
- How to classify your physical resilience?
- Have you noticed any other symptoms?
Vegetative anamnesis incl. nutritional anamnesis.
- Have you unintentionally lost body weight? Please tell us your body weight (in kg) and height (in cm).
Self history incl. medication history.
