Summary | Exercises for biceps tendon inflammation

Summary

In most cases, biceps tendon inflammation is caused by overloading the arm, e.g. as a result of weight training, throwing sports or a postural weakness of the muscles. Those affected then feel strong pain in the area of the shoulder-armpit transition and on the upper arm. In order for the inflammation to subside, it is essential to take sufficient time to rest. Painkillers, cold treatments and physiotherapy also help to relieve the pain.
