- Are you frequently outdoors? If so, do you regularly use sunscreen?
Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What complaints have you noticed?
- How long have these changes existed?
- Where are the changes in the skin localized?
- Do these changes hurt or itch?
- Before the symptomatology began, were you exposed to the sun or any artificial source of radiation?
