Current medical history/systemic history (somatic and psychological complaints).

    • Birth weight
    • Birth length
    • Premature birth?
    • “small for gestational age” ( too small for gestational age/pregnancy length)?
  • Body size of the family:
    • Parents
    • Siblings of parents
    • Grandparents
  • When did puberty occur for them?
  • Woman: When was your first menstrual period?
  • Do you have any other symptoms/complaints?
  • What symptoms have you noticed?
    • Increasing obesity?
    • Boys:
      • No voice change?
      • Lack of male hair?
      • Small testicles/penis?
  • When did puberty occur for them?
  • Do you have any other symptoms such as:
    • Headache?
    • Visual disturbances?
