Current medical history/systemic medical history (somatic and psychological complaints).

  • Have you noticed any swelling of the testis?
  • How long has this swelling been present?
  • Do you have pain in the area of the testicle?
  • Have you noticed any other changes in yourself?
  • Do you suffer from back pain?
  • Have you noticed any enlargement of your mammary gland?

Vegetative anamnesis including nutritional anamnesis.

  • Have you unintentionally lost body weight?

Self history including medication history.

  • Pre-existing conditions (undescended testis)
  • Operations
  • Allergies
  • Environmental history (benzo(a)pyrene)
  • Drug history
