There is no therapy against breast growth during pregnancy because it is a natural (physiological) process, which is controlled by the increase of the hormones estrogen and progesterone. There is therefore no way to stop or prevent breast growth during pregnancy. If, however, the growth of the breasts causes severe pain during pregnancy, it is possible to stop or prevent it by placing cooling curds on the breasts.

Medication therapy or even a surgical reduction of the breasts during pregnancy to prevent and stop breast growth is not recommended under any circumstances. However, it is possible that the patient does not breastfeed her newborn baby after pregnancy, which means that the milk will not be absorbed after a certain period of time and the size of the breasts will decrease faster than in patients who breastfeed their children for a longer period of time. Nevertheless, it is important to know that a breastfed baby receives many important nutrients and especially immune factors through breast milk.

However, if a patient wants to prevent and stop further breast growth due to the strong breast growth during pregnancy, fast weaning is one way to ensure this.In order to prevent during the pregnancy the chest growth there are however no adequate therapy possibilities since the chest growth is neither controllable nor to be prevented. There is also no opposite possibility the chest growth in the pregnancy to promote. How many cups the breasts of a pregnant patient become larger is individually dependent on the patient and there is no external application, which promotes the breast growth in the pregnancy.

The only way to promote breast growth after pregnancy is to breastfeed the baby. The only way to promote breast growth after pregnancy is to breastfeed the baby. However, this is a natural process and not one that can be encouraged by the patient.

Therefore, the patient only has the possibility to accept the breast growth during pregnancy. With some patients it will fall them heavily to fall there the chest growth is occasionally very strong. Nevertheless it is important to recognize this condition as part of the pregnancy and not to try to fight against it. A possibility to stop, prevent or promote the breast growth in the pregnancy does not exist and thus remains as therapy finally only the acceptance. After the pregnancy each patient can decide individually whether she wants to change the appearance of her breasts and have them reduced or enlarged.
