Therapy
The therapy depends on the underlying disease. Liver diseases can often be controlled very well with medication. Diseases of the stomach and intestines can also be treated very well with medication.
However, if there is an inflammation of the gall bladder with gallstones, it is often necessary to remove the gall bladder. Gallstones are also removed surgically if they do not resolve themselves after some time and cause complications.
