- What is your profession?
- Are you exposed to harmful working substances in your profession?
Current medical history/systemic medical history (somatic and psychological complaints).
- What symptoms have you noticed?
- How long has the symptomatology existed?
- Have you noticed coughing and/or hoarseness?
- Do you have pain when inhaling/burning sensation behind the sternum?
- Do you have a fever? What is the temperature? If so, how long has the temperature been?
- Do you feel fatigued, sick?
