If psoriasis is present, it is usually treated externally in the case of minor infestation. Urea, anti-inflammatory glucocorticoids, salicylic acid to remove the dandruff or cignolin can be used for this purpose. If the findings are more pronounced, an internal therapy, e.g. with fumaric acid, can be used.
