Medical history (history of illness) represents an important component in the diagnosis of tularemia (hare fever).

  • What symptoms have you noticed?
  • Do you suffer from general feeling of illness with malaise, muscle pain?
  • Do you have a fever? If so, for how long? What is the temperature? Does the temperature fluctuate during the day?
  • Have you noticed any skin changes?
  • Have you noticed any lymph node enlargement? If so, where exactly?
  • Have you noticed any skin changes?
  • Have you noticed any symptoms in the eyes and/or ears?
  • Do you suffer from abdominal pain? Nausea?
  • Do you have diarrhea? If so, for how long? Have you noticed any mucus/blood impurities?
