Side effect
Severe overdose of valerian extract may be a side effect
- Tiredness
- Tremblingand
- Cause stomach cramps. If other sedatives or sleeping pills are taken at the same time, valerian can increase the effect/side effects. In addition, the ability to react may be affected after taking it. Participation in active road traffic is affected as a side effect.
Interaction
Driving is strongly discouraged. Also when operating machines, the ability to react may be reduced. An increased effect is observed when valerian is taken at the same time as alcohol.
