What are the alternatives?
Since the surgical crown extension is an alternative to further tooth preservation, in the reverse unfortunately only the removal of the corresponding tooth is possible. Then, of course, it should not be forgotten that there are excellent implants made of different materials (titanium, ceramics) for every conceivable case. With these implants the lost tooth can be displayed again.
