What are the dangers of the diet?

Furthermore, the success of any diet – including the low carb diet – depends on the stamina of the person losing weight.

Especially low carb diets are particularly demanding here, as many things that are associated with special enjoyment for many people are now suddenly supposed to be forbidden.
