Which dosage is the right one? | Schüssler Salt No. 20

Which dosage is the right one?

The dosage must be adapted to the individual complaints and is given in potencies that depend on the area of application. Frequently used for this salt is the potency D12, but also D6 or D3 are sometimes recommended for use. The potency D3 is said to have a particularly good effect on muscle fibers.

Potency D6 is best used on the mucous membranes and potency D12 is used for concentration problems. Especially for the treatment of mental or neurological symptoms it is recommended to take up to eight tablets. For dementia symptoms, three tablets per day are usually sufficient.

If a type of incontinence or bladder weakness is treated, the recommended daily dose is also three tablets per day. For external use the potencies D6 and D12 can be used. An ointment can then be applied thinly to the relevant areas several times a day or as required.

Globules

In addition to tablets, potassium aluminium sulfuricum can also be taken as globules. The potency is then the same, but the dosage must be adjusted. Since this depends on many individually different factors, an appropriately trained specialist should be consulted. Those who have already dealt with alternative healing methods and Schüssler salts can also try to find a suitable dosage for themselves, as no serious side effects are known with globules. To try it out it is recommended to start with three to four globules per day and after a few days adjust the dose if necessary.

Ointments

Like most other Schüssler salts, potassium aluminium sulfuricum can also be administered as an ointment or cream. For this Schuessler salt the external application is even the most common form of application. The areas of application are especially small, bleeding wounds or cracks in the skin caused by dryness which tend to crust.Through the ointment the Schüssler salt is brought directly to where it is needed and can support the body in excreting the substances that cause discomfort.

How often and how exactly the ointment is to be applied then is to be discussed with the treating alternative practitioner. In addition, there are also so-called alum pencils, which can provide quick relief from small but bleeding wounds, such as those caused by shaving. External application can also help with heavy perspiration: For this purpose, the ointment or pencil can simply be applied to the relevant areas.
