The following symptoms and complaints may indicate vitiligo (white spot disease):
Leading symptoms
- White patches, especially on the face, neck, hands, and anogenital region.
- Mostly irregularly shaped spots with hyperpigmented margins.
- Stains can also confluent (flow together)
