Wrinkles Away From the Mouth and Neck

Wrinkles away at the mouth and neck is the topic of this guide. Special attention is paid to facial massages, which they can try on themselves. We hope that they can use it to reduce their wrinkles on the mouth and neck.

Wrinkles away from the mouth and neck

Wrinkle injections are used to reduce wrinkles and visually rejuvenate the skin. Usually Botox (abbreviation for botulinum toxin A) is the drug of choice here. In the second part (first part here) of this online massage course against wrinkles on the face and eyes, we want to turn to the eye, mouth and neck area. For the eye massage, I advise you to use an eye wrinkle cream. Liver trans ointment is particularly suitable for this purpose, but unfortunately it is disliked because of its strong odor. Please always use only enough cream so that your fingers can glide easily. We start the eye massage with the great cleansing grip (see Part 1: Wrinkles away under the eyes and on the face). We then lightly stroke around the eyes three times, but staying under the eyebrows. Then, we make very small circles around the eyes with our middle fingers. But please be very careful not to move or press the skin. We then circle the eyes three times with light strokes and the next time we tap the lower parts of the eyes very lightly with the middle fingers, but again stroke around the upper part below the brows. We also repeat this grip three times and finally pass the hands past the nose, over the forehead to the temples, where we leave with a small circle to the back.

This process may seem a bit complicated, but it is a very good massage for the eyes, where wrinkles often appear early. Also important is the mouth, which we take alternately from left to right between the ring and middle fingers, and then stroke out, always fixing one side. Then we pluck the upper and lower lip. While doing this, always let the thumb and forefinger swing down very lightly and loosely. You may also perform this grip daily, it is very suitable for strengthening the muscles. Since we are currently working on the mouth area, let’s take another look at the fold of the nose lip. To do this, we put the middle fingers to the nose and go down the crease to the corners of the mouth with light, vibrating movements. There we flip the fingers over so that the nail surfaces are at the corners of the mouth, and let the fingers flick upward. This exercise serves to lift the corners of the mouth as much as possible.

To relax, we first perform the great cleansing grip. Then we take the backs of our hands upwards and very lightly and loosely stroke our fingers along under the chin, going from the center of the chin to the ears and back again. If you don’t have skin with a lot of blood flow or hypersensitive skin, you can also perform this grip over the cheek area. In doing so, one strikes from the corners of the mouth to the ears, from the nose to the temples and back again in each case. For all skin types, this is followed by plucking the temples. Here we pluck – again very lightly and carefully – with the ring fingers at the temples from the eyes backwards. To finish the facial, we perform the great cleansing grip several more times.

Now we turn our attention to the neck. You can sometimes see that the neck is stroked from top to bottom. This grip, although it looks nice, is wrong. You have to stroke with the course of the cleavage lines when massaging the neck area, that is, from ear to ear, from left to right and vice versa. In doing so, we go from the chin lower and lower. Please also include the décolleté area or the chest in the massage. After this stroking stroke, parallel shifts are performed on the skin. The hands alternate up and down, from ear to ear, and all over the neck from the chin down. As a calming hold, we then stroke again in the course of the cleavage lines. This is followed by the “tulip”, a grip you already know from cleansing. The chin is supported in the hands and we then stroke along the edge of the chin with the balls of the thumbs. Then with the back of the hand we describe a circle under the chin, which we start in the middle of the chin, then we pull the hands back. After that, we tap under the chin again vigorously with the back of the hand. You can also tap the chin with your index and middle fingers placed one above the other. Let the fingers flick against the chin once. Then flick it out again from left to right, do another “tulip” to strengthen it, and that’s the end of the massage. Each part of the face has been well worked through in this way, the skin has absorbed the cream, and we can follow with a compress treatment, mask or pack.
